You can start a new calibration at any time in the Hilo App.
To do this:
Go to the Measure tab
Tap Calibrate at the top of the screen
Follow the instructions in the app
Does timing matter?
You do not need to calibrate at the same time each day.
However, some users find it helpful to perform calibrations at similar times when they are relaxed and at rest.
When should I recalibrate?
You may choose to recalibrate if:
You want to refresh your setup
You feel your recent measurements don’t reflect your usual patterns
You are prompted by the app
Important: Calibration is part of the setup process that helps personalize your Hilo Core experience over time.
