Calibration is part of the setup process that helps Hilo Core personalize your experience over time.
After completing calibration, the Hilo Core Band uses this information to provide values that reflect your individual patterns.
From time to time, you may notice changes in your values between calibrations.
What can influence calibration?
To support a consistent calibration, it’s important to follow the in-app guidance. Factors that may affect the calibration process include:
The position of the cuff on your arm
Your body position during the measurement
Being tense or not fully relaxed
Movement or talking during the measurement
What if I’m unsure about my results?
Hilo Core includes checks during the calibration process and will notify you if something needs attention.
If you would like to refresh your calibration, you can repeat the process at any time by following the instructions in the app.
