The Hilo Core Band is designed for use by a single user and should not be shared between multiple people on the same account.
If you would like to give your Hilo Core Band to another person, the new user should create their own Hilo account and pair the band to that account.
Before transferring the band:
Open the Hilo Core App and ensure your data has been synchronized.
Go to the Measure tab and unpair the Hilo Band and Hilo Cuff.
Open your phone's Bluetooth settings and remove/forget the Hilo devices.
The new user can then create a Hilo account and follow the in-app instructions to pair the devices.
Important
Your Hilo Core subscription is linked to your Hilo account, not to the physical band.
If you receive a replacement band through warranty or purchase a new band, your subscription will continue on your existing account. Simply pair the replacement band using the Hilo Core App.
