Understanding the detailed blood pressure screen

Important for new users
Your data will be available after completing the initial setup, which includes several successful calibration measurements over the first few days. Until then, averages and trends will not be shown.

How to access the detailed view

You can open the detailed blood pressure screen from the Insights tab by tapping the Blood Pressure card.

This screen provides a more detailed view of how your data changes over time.

What the graph shows

The chart displays your blood pressure data across the selected time range.

  • Circles represent your systolic (Sys) values

  • Diamonds represent your diastolic (Dia) values

Each point reflects an average of readings within a time window, helping smooth out individual variations and show overall patterns.

Time ranges

You can switch between different time views:

  • Week

  • Month

  • 6 months

These views allow you to explore how your data evolves over different periods.

Viewing more details

Tap on any point in the graph to see:

  • The time period it represents

  • The average values for that period

  • The number of measurements included

Daytime and nighttime views

Below the chart, you may see separate summaries for:

  • Daytime (resting)

  • Nighttime

These are shown separately to help you observe how your data varies across different times of day.

Understanding gaps in the graph

At times, you may notice gaps or shaded areas in the chart. These can occur when measurements are not available.

Common reasons include:

  • Movement during a reading

  • The band not being worn

  • The device charging

  • Signal quality issues

  • Calibration needed

Additional details may be available by tapping the information icon in the app.

Averages

The values shown on this screen are based on multiple readings over time and are intended to provide a broader view of your data.

Notes and context

You can view your notes and other tracked information alongside your data to help you:

  • Recall what was happening at the time

  • Observe changes across days, weeks, or months
